We have more energy although we are not eating a lot

Hello Scalar light,

I forgot to mention that the most noticeable difference with chemical addiction detox is that we have all noticed that we have more energy although we are not eating a lot. I noticed that my body now gravitates towards eating more protein than carbohydrates - probably rebuilding what is broken in my body. I tried to drink wine last week and felt like throwing up - I stopped. The good thing is that I am not craving wines anymore. I drink loads of water, teas and fruit juices.

The children are socializing with friends again and doing creative activities - getting back to the pre- Covid days.
